We want every family to feel confident in their reservation. Here's how deposits, cancellations, and refunds work.
Reservation deposit
A $500 non-refundable deposit reserves a specific kitten and is applied to the final purchase price.
Cancellation by the buyer
If you must cancel, the deposit is forfeited but may, at our discretion, be applied to a kitten from a future litter within 12 months.
Health-related exceptions
If a reserved kitten is found to have a disqualifying health concern prior to pickup, your full deposit is refunded — or, if you prefer, transferred to another kitten without penalty.
Cancellation by the breeder
In the rare event that we must cancel a reservation (illness, litter loss, change in kitten temperament), the buyer receives a full refund including the deposit, or priority placement in the next available litter.
Transfer options
Deposits are transferable to a different kitten within the same litter or to a future litter, subject to availability.
Final balance
The remaining balance is due in full prior to pickup or shipping. Personal checks must clear before the kitten leaves our care.
