Adoption Contract
The agreement that protects both your family and our kittens.
Every adoption is finalized with a written contract. Here's a plain-English summary of what's in it.
Buyer obligations
The buyer agrees to provide a safe, indoor home; quality nutrition; routine veterinary care; and to keep the kitten as a beloved family member.
Breeder obligations
The breeder agrees to disclose all known health information, provide complete vaccination and deworming records, and offer lifetime support.
Spay/neuter agreement
All pet-priced kittens must be spayed or neutered by 6 months of age. Proof must be sent to the breeder within 30 days of the procedure.
No-surrender clause
If the buyer is ever unable to keep the kitten, the kitten must be returned to the breeder rather than rehomed, sold, or surrendered to a shelter.
Health care requirements
Annual wellness exams and core vaccinations must be maintained. Failure to do so voids the health guarantee.
Return policy
We accept any kitten or adult cat we have bred back at any time, for any reason, for the life of the cat.
Breeder support agreement
The breeder remains available for nutrition, behavior, and care questions for the full life of the cat.
Digital signature
The contract is signed electronically prior to pickup. A countersigned copy is provided to both parties.
The full legal contract is provided at the time of reservation and must be signed digitally before your kitten goes home.
